Wendy L. Lipsky

Wendy L. Lipsky is one of the managing partners of Lipsky Bresky & Lowe, LLP in Garden City, New York. She practices exclusively in the field of matrimonial and divorce law. She has worked extensively in matters involving custody, visitation, child support, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, equitable distribution, separation agreements, contested and uncontested divorce cases, post divorce modification and enforcement as well as litigation and mediation resolutions.

Ms. Lipsky fully appreciates the sensitive nature of family proceedings and works closely with her clients providing a sense of ease throughout the proceedings.

Through hard work, successful negotiation, high quality litigation and respect for her clients, Ms. Lipsky achieves excellent results for her clients in complex and critical matters. Her practical approach to difficult emotional and financial issues serves clients well in all matters involving high-end divorce cases as well as support and custody matters.

Ms. Lipsky has earned her BA from the University of Denver and received her law degree in 1986 graduating Suma Cum Laude. She has been practicing law since 1986 and has served as an Arbitrator in the Early Neutral Evaluation Program in the Supreme Court, is a member of the , NCBA, NYSBA Family Law Section, Nassau County Bar Association Matrimonial Law Committee, New York State Women’s Bar Association and New York Family Law American Inns of Court.
