Hunt F. Bresky is a founding member of Lipsky Bresky & Lowe, LLP and has over 30 years of legal experience representing a wide range of clients in the areas of Matrimonial and Family Law, Mediation, Business Law, Real Estate and Estate Planning. Mr. Bresky’s unique professional and personal experiences serve as the foundation for a skillful, diligent and compassionate attorney who places the needs and goals of his clients as his top priority.
Throughout Mr. Bresky’s extensive career, he has handled a vast range of matters from simple negotiations to complex trial issues. His approach to law is both practical and strategic. He understands his client’s individual needs and works effortlessly to achieve their goals in a cost-effective and efficient manner, never losing sight of their emotional and financial needs.
Mr. Bresky earned a Bachelor of Music from Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts and received his law degree in 1986 from Touro Law Center – Jacob Fuchsberg Law Center. He has proudly served as an Arbitrator in the Early Neutral Evaluation Program in the Supreme Court, is a member or the Nassau County Bar Association Matrimonial Law Committee, Nassau County Bar Association Family Court Law & Procedure Committee, Nassau County Bar Association Surrogate’s Court Estates & Trusts Committee and the New York State Bar Association Family Law Section.
